1. Scope

1.3 These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "TCU") apply to all contracts concluded between you and us.

2. Orders

2.1 All orders placed on our site are subject to product availability.

2.2 We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of unavailability or for other justified reasons.

2.3 We reserve the right to block customer accounts at our discretion and without specifying reasons.

3. Price and Payment

3.1 Product prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT.

3.2 We reserve the right to modify the prices and conditions indicated on our website. Such changes do not apply to orders placed prior to the modification date.

3.3 Payments can be made by any means of payment offered during the order process. Orders are payable immediately.

3.4 In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

3.5 Our online store is intended solely for private customers, and we are unable to issue invoices, receipts, or VAT statements for your online orders at a later date.

4. Delivery

4.1 We deliver exclusively to Switzerland.

4.2 Delivery times are estimated and indicative. They may vary depending on product availability and the delivery location.

4.3 Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process.

4.4 If a product you have ordered is no longer available, we will provide you with a new delivery date or offer a refund.

4.5 Our service consists of an obligation to ship; it is fulfilled upon handing over the shipment to the person responsible for transportation. After dispatch, the risk of accidental damage and loss of the goods passes to the customer. We are not obligated to assume any fault of the transporting company.

4.6 You are required to check the delivered products and promptly report any defects to our customer service. If you fail to do so within 8 days after delivery, the products are deemed accepted.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to certain conditions.

5.2 Refunds will be made within a reasonable time after receiving the returned items in new condition.

5.4 We cover the return shipping costs. Shipping fees and costs associated with gift packaging are not refunded. If the merchandise is not returned in good condition, we will charge for the incurred loss of value.

5.5 In case of a proper return of the merchandise, the total paid price will be refunded to the customer, after examining the merchandise, through a credit entry. A refund always occurs on the payment method used during the purchase.

6. Warranty

6.1 Our products are covered by legal warranty. In case of a defect, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.

6.2 Normal wear and tear, as well as the consequences of improper handling or damage by the buyer or third parties, are not covered by the warranty. Worn, soiled, or damaged items are specifically excluded from the warranty.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 The collection and processing of the customer's personal data by the seller are explained in the privacy policy which is an integral part of these TCU.

7.2 If one or more provisions of these TCU were to be ineffective, it would not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

7.3 Swiss substantive law is exclusively applicable. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

7.4 We reserve the right to modify these TCU at any time. When a customer, after a modification, uses our services, they implicitly accept the new TCU.

7.5 In case of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. In case of failure, the courts of the Canton of Vaud shall have jurisdiction.
